Day 3- Quiet Time


We've made it to Day 3!!

Hopefully yesterday's deep breathing excercise was a relaxing experience.


Today's prompt is all about stepping away from everything, and taking time out for yourself with no distractions.


TAKE A BATH AND LEAVE YOUR PHONE IN ANOTHER ROOM

Here are a few things you can try while taking your relaxing bath (no phone needed):

  • Light some candles

  • Read a Book

  • Practice the deep breathing you learned yesterday

  • Add some bath salts


Congrats again for showing up for yourself for the next 28 days. you deserve this
